With the beautiful beaches, scenic coastal paths and natural attractions of Hermanus nearby, the property provides a convenient base for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxed seaside break.

This heritage home retains much of its original character, with traditional finishes and a simple, practical layout. The home offers comfortable accommodation and the essential conveniences needed.

The home features a separate dining room, a TV lounge with a Smart TV for streaming using your own accounts, and an indoor fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen is equipped for everyday use and includes a dishwasher, air fryer and espresso machine. A separate laundry room provides added convenience for longer stays.

The covered patio features a built-in braai, outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers, providing a pleasant space for spending time together. The enclosed back garden has a natural, informal appearance, while an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home accommodates up to four guests across three simply furnished bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 and 2 has Queen-size beds; Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

There is one shared bathroom fitted with a shower, bathtub and toilet. A separate guest toilet provides additional convenience.

Parking & Additional Features

The property has an alarm system. Parking is available in the driveway and on the grassed area in front of the home.

Please note: 193 Heritage House is an older heritage property with original fittings and finishes that show signs of age and wear. You should expect a traditional, lived-in holiday home.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* Garage access is not available.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
* One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
* Pets by owners written approval only. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
