From humble beginnings, started by Geoffrey Seeff in 1964, this family-run business has grown to be one of Southern Africa's most established real-estate companies. Seeff Hermanus is a dominant player in the local real estate market and has substantial market share, making us a market leader in our license area.

The current Seeff Hermanus licensee, Paul Kruger, has been in the property industry for over 18 years and invested in Seeff Hermanus in 2016. Since then, he has taken the business from strength to strength. Apart from serving on the National Board of Seeff, Paul is the chairperson of the Seeff Training Sub-committee as well as a member of the Seeff Marketing and ICT (Information, Communication & Technology) sub-committees. As an MBA Graduate, Paul has an advanced understanding of human resources, operations, marketing, finance, strategy, information management and organisational behaviour. He also emerges with a profound understanding of business issues and skills that enable him to meet the demands of a competitive business environment.

We offer a full team of local area experts in three offices, who can assist with every property need, from sales and rentals, both commercial and residential, as well as holiday and short-term rentals. Our broad marketing reach extends to local, regional, national and international markets. With the support of Seeff’s National PR and Marketing initiatives, we ensure Seeff stays top of mind.
