Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.
The family-oriented holiday home features bright and functional furnishings, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a double-story home, it is designed to entertain families and offers sweeping mountain views from the upstairs living area and deck. For indoor entertainment, you can stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy Netflix, both available in the home.
Downstairs, you'll find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, a lounge, and an indoor braai. Double doors lead to an undercover patio with a secure garden and brick braai, allowing kids to play safely and freely. Bedroom 1 is located downstairs and includes a queen bed with a full en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen beds and have direct access to a sunny TV lounge and deck with spectacular mountain views. One of these bedrooms has a shower en-suite. Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. There is a full bathroom to share upstairs.
For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm system, and there's secure parking for two vehicles in a garage. An outside shower and wash area allow you to rinse off the salty ocean after your beach excursions.

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice**
Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice.
On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay.
One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required.
Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
**Payments, Banking & Refunds**
All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
A 50% of the booking fee will payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond.
Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number.
Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed.
All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
