Villa Mount offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms across three levels, designed with relaxation and privacy in mind.
Main Level
The luxurious main bedroom features a King-size bed, a comfortable seating area, and a spacious full en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck.
Bedroom two offers a Queen-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom, while bedroom three has a Queen-size bed and makes use of the guest bathroom with a shower, conveniently located across the passage.
Upper Level
Bedroom four features a Queen-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and spectacular ocean and mountain views. A dedicated work desk provides a convenient space for guests needing to catch up on a little work during their stay.
Lower Level
Bedroom five offers a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the added convenience of a kitchenette, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
Bedroom six is a smaller bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and its own shower bathroom, ideal for teenagers or accompanying childcare staff.
Five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and televisions, providing additional comfort and convenience.
Parking & Security
The property offers a double garage, carport and four additional off-street parking bays. An alarm system with security beams provides added peace of mind.

* For long weekends and school holidays, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
* For bookings of 5 days or more, housekeeping once a week costs R500.00.
* At other times of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
* Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Should the owner approve an exception, a R350.00 pet cleaning fee will apply.
* This is a non-smoking property indoors.
* The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

Booking Notes
**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice**
Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice.
On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay.
One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied.
Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. For bookings of 5 days or more, guests will be required to pay for housekeeping services once a week at R500.00.
**Payments, Banking & Refunds**
All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates; the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond.
Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number.
Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed.
All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
