This little home is located in the heart of Sandbaai, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Sandbaai Beach and cliff paths, which are great for swimming and hiking, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

This little home provides all the essentials, you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. The undercover patio features a seating area, and outside is a brick braai in the garden for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as DSTV. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze and a washing machine in the bathroom makes longer stays convenient.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas are filled with natural light and offer a spacious and seamless flow. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, providing ample unpacking space for longer stays.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate under a carport.

- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals during December/January are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- Small pets by owner's written approval only.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No Wifi available.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Garage access is not available.
- The property might be shared with a long-term tenant in the main house at the back with separate entrances.
