For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The flat boasts a free-flowing and light-filled design, providing a perfect escape for a small group seeking respite from city life. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay. The open-plan lounge and kitchen feature a SmartTV, with Fiber and DSTV for your entertainment, and an inverter keeps you connected during load-shedding. Sliding doors lead to an enclosed undercover back patio, with gas braai. You will also have direct access to the communal pool with sun loungers.

The flat offers two bedrooms, both bedrooms have queen beds with en-suits for added privacy. Plenty of cupboards to unpack for those longer stays.

Situated in a secure complex, the flat offers peace of mind, and two secure parking bays are available.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
- Rates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
