**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 12 December and 12 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 4-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- Strictly no pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guest must log into their own streaming accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided, but can be arranged with agent at own cost.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, but off-street parking for four vehicles are available.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 1 months) will not be entertained.
