The Villa is impeccably designed and provides abundant light, boasting breathtaking sea views from the deck. The sea-facing deck is furnished with patio furniture, creating the perfect setting for sipping cocktails while watching the sunset—an ideal spot for relaxation. The free-flowing open spaces between the TV lounge with a fireplace, the dining room with a fireplace, and the kitchen with a built-in braai and pizza oven ensure easy living. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range Smeg appliances and cookware, making cooking a breeze. A dishwasher in the scullery makes washing up quick and convenient. Extras like an ice machine and Nespresso coffee machine add to the Villa's list of luxury amenities offered.

Entertainment options are plentiful, with high-speed Fiber and Premium DSTV available. Additionally, a super blue pool and undercover built-in braai overlook a green garden, providing ample opportunities for kids to explore and play. Whether it's a winter or summer getaway, you can enjoy the cozy ambiance in front of the fireplace or splash around in the pool. The Villa has an inverter so you will always be connected to the necessities.

Privacy is a key feature of this villa, as all three bedrooms are separate with their own bathrooms and private little patios, allowing you to slip away for an afternoon nap without disturbance. Bedrooms are equipped with mini-fridges, and standing fans, for added comfort and convenience. Bedrooms one through three feature king beds with en-suite bathrooms.

Ample parking is available in front of the home on 8th Street for guests and visitors. The home is also serviced by a housekeeper ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- Not rented between 01 December and 31 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Housekeepers service the Villas communal areas Mon - Sat 08:30 to 14:30. Excludes Public Holidays and Sundays.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage.
- Parking in front of the Villa for 8 vehicles.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
- Rates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
