Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.
As a double-story home, it is perfectly designed for entertaining friends and family. The upstairs area is filled with light through stacking doors, which lead to two decks boasting magnificent mountain and sea views. The free-flowing open spaces between the TV lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze, and a dishwasher makes washing up quick and convenient. For longer stays, a washing machine is available.
The upstairs lounge is a cozy spot with a bar, indoor braai, and pizza oven, making it perfect for warm and comforting gatherings while watching DSTV or streaming movies via Wi-Fi on cold rainy days in winter. The home also has an inverter, so there will be no downtime. The deck with sea views is an ideal spot for sundowners, allowing you to enjoy your getaway no matter the season.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a King bed with a shower en-suite and fantastic mountain views, while bedroom 2 has a double bed with views of the deck and a shower en-suite. Downstairs bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a 3/4 bed suitable for two small children or one adult, as well as a laptop-friendly desk space. The two downstairs rooms share a full bathroom.
For parking, vehicles can be accommodated in the double garage, and there's extra parking space behind the gate in the driveway for two more vehicles and a trailer. The home is equipped with an alarm system, providing added security and peace of mind.
