This little holiday home is perfect for a small family, located in the heart of Sandbaai, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Sandbaai Beach and cliff paths, which are great for swimming and hiking, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

This little home provides all the essentials, you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. The undercover patio features a seating area, and outside is a brick braai in the garden for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as DSTV. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze and a washing machine in the bathroom makes longer stays convenient.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas are filled with natural light and offer a spacious and seamless flow. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, providing ample unpacking space for longer stays.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate under a carport.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 10-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- There is no access to a garage.
- The property may be shared with a long-term tenant in the main house at the back with a separate entrance.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
- Rates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
