Hazel Jansen

Hi, I’m Hazel. I began my career in real estate in 2001 as an administrator with one of Krugersdorp’s established property agencies. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in the administrative and compliance side of the industry, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From managing documentation, contracts, and FICA requirements to supporting agents with day-to-day operations, I have developed a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a real estate office running efficiently.

In 2021, I made the move to Kleinmond, Western Cape – a town I am proud to now call home. Nestled in the breathtaking Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, Kleinmond offers a lifestyle unlike any other, surrounded by mountains, ocean, and the world-famous Cape Fynbos. Living and working here has been a privilege, and I truly enjoy being part of a community that values both its natural beauty and warm, welcoming spirit.

As an administrator, I take pride in supporting both clients and colleagues with professionalism, reliability, and care. I believe that strong administration is the backbone of a successful real estate business, and I am committed to ensuring that every process is handled accurately and on time. I also love working directly with clients, as building trust and good relationships is something I truly value.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family and friends—they are my everything. I also have a passion for photography, which allows me to capture the beauty of special moments, people, and the stunning Kleinmond surroundings I am fortunate to live in.
