This rustic farm-style family home is in Eastcliff, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient walking distance to various attractions and amenities in Hermanus CBD. Within a short 5-minute drive to Grotto Beach for a day of sun and sand or a hike up Hoys Koppie. Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

This home has the most beautiful antique and colorful furnishing, free-flowing, and light-filled, providing a perfect escape for a group seeking respite from city life. A well-equipped kitchen with a ensures a comfortable stay. The traditional dining room leads to a TV lounge with a coffee station and SmartTV with Fiber so guest can stream their own Netflix. A mini inverter will ensure you stay connected.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 has a king bed, both these bedrooms have scenic views of Hoys Koppie and get morning sun, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed with an en-suite for a little more privacy.

Just a few steps from the kitchen is a separate entrance entertainment area with board games, and a laundry room with bathroom. You will have two braais to choose from, one is outdoor and the other is undercover.

A fully walled property with a large area for kids to run and play safely. Secure parking behind gates for three vehicles. The home also has an alarm, so you can sleep safely.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Short-stay rentals only; long-term rental inquiries will not be responded to.
- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are only offered until 30 November, with a maximum of a 3-month rental at a time (no exceptions).
- Monthly rentals during December/January will not be considered.
- Rental and amenities fees must be paid for the booked period or at least 7 days in advance.
- Strictly no pets. If the owner grants permission, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided; no spare linen or towels are provided.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guest must log into their own Netflix & DSTV accounts.
- Maximum of 6 guests.
- Strictly no smoking inside.
